1. 利用規約への同意
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、沖縄県に所在する個人事業主によって運営される YuiTasu プラットフォーム（以下「本プラットフォーム」）へのアクセスおよび利用条件を定めるものです（以下「YuiTasu」「当社」「当方」といいます）。
本プラットフォームへアクセスまたは利用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約に同意できない場合、本プラットフォームを利用してはなりません。
2. サービス内容
YuiTasu は、以下を可能にするオンラインマーケットプレイスを提供します。
仕事・依頼内容の投稿
ヘルパーまたはサービス提供者としての応募
プラットフォーム内メッセージ機能による連絡
応募内容の確認および提供者の承認
利用可能なサービスの検索および絞り込み
YuiTasu はサービス自体を直接提供しません。すべてのサービスは、ヘルパーや小規模事業者を含む独立した第三者ユーザーによって提供されます。
YuiTasu は、ユーザー同士を結び付ける仲介プラットフォームとしてのみ機能します。
3. 利用資格
利用者は以下を満たす必要があります。
満16歳以上であること
正確な登録情報を提供すること
日本の適用法令を遵守すること
18歳未満の利用者は、保護者または法定代理人の同意を得る必要があります。
アカウントは Google 等の対応する第三者ログインサービスを通じて作成される場合があります。
4. ユーザーアカウント
利用者は以下について責任を負います。
アカウント情報の安全管理
自身のアカウントで行われたすべての活動
正確な情報の提供
YuiTasu は、本規約違反を含め、当社の裁量によりアカウントを停止または終了できるものとします。
5. マーケットプレイス上の関係
YuiTasu は、ユーザー間の契約当事者ではありません。
依頼者は自己責任でサービス提供者を選択します。
サービス提供者は独立して依頼者を選択します。
YuiTasu はサービスの監督、管理、保証を行いません。
YuiTasu はいかなるユーザーも雇用・推薦・保証するものではありません。
サービスの履行、安全性、品質、適法性および結果に関する責任は、当事者ユーザーのみに帰属します。
6. 支払いおよびサブスクリプション
支払いは Stripe などの第三者決済事業者により処理されます。
YuiTasu は有料サブスクリプション機能（「Pro」プラン）を提供します。
サブスクリプションはいつでも解約可能です。
YuiTasu はサービス成果を保証しません。
YuiTasu はクレジットカード情報を保存または処理しません。すべての決済処理は第三者決済事業者によって行われます。
第三者決済事業者のエラー、中断、または行為について、YuiTasu は責任を負いません。
当該事業者の利用規約も適用されます。
7. サブスクリプション課金条件
7.1 課金周期
サブスクリプション料金は、購入時に選択されたプランに応じて、月額・半年・年額単位で前払いにより自動更新課金されます。
7.2 自動更新
サブスクリプションは、更新日前に解約されない限り、各課金期間終了時に自動更新されます。
7.3 解約
利用者はアカウントプロフィール内の現在のプラン画面からいつでも解約できます。解約は当該課金期間終了時に効力を生じ、それまで利用可能です。
7.4 返金ポリシー
法令により要求される場合または明示的に定める場合を除き、料金は原則返金されません。
7.5 支払い失敗
支払いが失敗した場合、当社は再請求を行う場合があります。支払い完了まで有料機能へのアクセスを停止することがあります。
7.6 価格変更
当社は事前通知のうえ料金を変更する権利を有します。変更後もサービスを利用した場合、当該変更に同意したものとみなされます。
8. ユーザーコンテンツ
利用者はテキスト、画像、その他将来対応する媒体を投稿できます。
投稿により、利用者は YuiTasu に対し以下を目的とした、世界的・非独占的・無償の利用許諾を付与します。
プラットフォーム上での表示
掲載内容またはプロフィールの宣伝
マーケティングおよび広告目的での利用
コンテンツの合法性および正確性については利用者が責任を負います。
9. 禁止事項
利用者は以下を行ってはなりません。
詐欺、不正、または欺瞞行為
他ユーザーへの嫌がらせ・脅迫・虐待
違法または誤解を招く内容の投稿
プラットフォーム機能の回避または不正利用
違法目的での利用
YuiTasu は違反コンテンツの削除またはアカウント停止を行うことがあります。
10. プライバシー
個人情報の取扱いは YuiTasu プライバシーポリシーに従います。
本プラットフォームは以下の情報を保存する場合があります。
アカウント登録情報
住所および位置情報
メッセージ内容
プラットフォーム利用履歴
11. 免責および責任制限
日本法で認められる最大限の範囲において：
本プラットフォームは「現状有姿（as is）」および「提供可能な状態（as available）」で提供され、継続的・安全・無誤作動を保証しません。
YuiTasu はユーザーの行為またはサービスについて責任を負いません。
本プラットフォームを通じて行われたサービスに起因する損害について責任を負いません。
YuiTasu の責任総額は、直近12か月間に利用者が支払った金額を上限とします。
間接損害、付随的損害、結果的損害、逸失利益について責任を負いません。
利用者は、すべての取引が自己責任で行われることを了承するものとします。
12. 利用停止および終了
YuiTasu は以下の場合を含め、いつでも利用停止または終了できるものとします。
本規約違反
不正または有害行為
運営上または法的理由
利用者はいつでも利用を停止できます。
13. 規約の変更
YuiTasu は本規約またはサービス内容を随時変更できます。
変更後の規約はプラットフォーム上に掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
変更後も利用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
14. 準拠法および管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
本規約に関する紛争は、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the YuiTasu platform (“Platform”), operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Okinawa, Japan (“YuiTasu”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
YuiTasu provides an online marketplace that enables users to:
Post tasks or service requests
Apply to tasks as helpers or service providers
Communicate through platform messaging
Review applications and approve providers
Discover and filter available services
YuiTasu does not provide services directly. All services are performed by independent third-party users, including helpers and small businesses.
YuiTasu acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting users.
3. Eligibility
Users must:
Be at least 16 years old
Provide accurate registration information
Comply with applicable Japanese laws
Users under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts may be created using supported third-party login providers (such as Google).
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
Maintaining account security
Activities conducted under their account
Providing accurate information
YuiTasu may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
5. Marketplace Relationship
YuiTasu is not a party to agreements between users.
Clients choose service providers at their own risk.
Service providers choose clients independently.
YuiTasu does not supervise, control, or guarantee services.
YuiTasu does not employ, endorse, or guarantee any user.
All responsibility for service performance, safety, quality, legality, and outcomes rests solely with the users involved.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
YuiTasu offers paid subscription features (“Pro” subscriptions).
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
YuiTasu does not guarantee service results.
YuiTasu does not store or process payment card information. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
YuiTasu is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or actions of third-party payment providers.
Third-party payment processor terms also apply.
7. Subscription Billing Terms
7.1 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase.
7.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
7.3 Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account profile page under the current plan section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access will continue until the subscription expires.
7.4 Refund Policy
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
7.5 Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, we may retry billing. Access to paid features may be suspended until successful payment is completed.
7.6 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
8. User Content
Users may upload content including text, images, and future media formats.
By submitting content, you grant YuiTasu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Display content on the Platform
Promote listings or profiles
Use content for marketing and advertising purposes
Users remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their content.
9. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
Engage in scams, fraud, or deceptive conduct
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Post unlawful or misleading content
Attempt to bypass platform systems
Use the Platform for illegal activities
YuiTasu may remove content or suspend accounts violating these rules.
10. Privacy
Personal data handling is governed by the YuiTasu Privacy Policy.
The Platform may store:
Account registration information
User address and location information
Messaging data
Platform activity data
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law:
YuiTasu provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties, and does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
YuiTasu is not responsible for actions, services, or conduct of users.
YuiTasu is not liable for damages arising from services arranged through the Platform.
YuiTasu’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to YuiTasu during the preceding 12 months.
YuiTasu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profit damages.
Users acknowledge that all service engagements are conducted at their own risk.
12. Termination
YuiTasu may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for:
Violations of these Terms
Fraudulent or harmful behavior
Operational or legal reasons
Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
13. Modifications
YuiTasu may modify these Terms or Platform features at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting on the Platform.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
